merge should be working now! Sorry for the delay - we had troubles with connection between servers because of new SSL certificate.

one more thing about NPC changes:
- after the changes NPC will stockpile gold, we would like NPC to pay part of that gold back to orgs so all countries (even those without territories) will have some steady income

About NPC change:
Some orgs developed tactics to print money, paid it to NPC, get free workers and found a way to prevent them to selling currency back to the monetary market

Right now we changed their behavior to put their currency on monetary market as a best offer.
(some players found a way to exploit this, but it was fixed few hours ago )

Some NPC had large sums of currency stockpiled, so they will try to sell only small sums of currency at once
