Do you agree to change current welcome message to the following one:

Currently you cannot propose fundraising in your country. Probably it's due to one of those reasons:
- currently we have working ads on other server for your country,
- there is still a budget to spend for your country (from last fundraising),
- there is a lot of fundrasings to realize,
- for some reason ads aren't so effective in your country.
